Terrible service, I have been waiting for my order for more than 1 hour -.- If you do not want to serve better, you do not have the option of home service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, tenía tiempo de entrega entre 8.55 y 9.15pm máximo, eran las 9.40pm y aún no llegaba, y llamo y me dicen que llega en 20minutos más, que el repartidor traía más pedidos y que había salido del lugar 20 minutos antes, osea salió tarde y la pizza estuvo en recorrido casi una hora!!! Y todavía me dicen que pues el tiempo de espera es variado, que no pasa nada... Que pena, cancele el pedido y no vuelvo a pedir, 2 horas de espera y el pedido aún no llega!!!
Super bad service, it had delivery time between 8.55 and 9.15pm maximum, it was 9.40pm and it still did not arrive, and I call and they tell me that it will arrive in 20 minutes more, that the delivery man brought more orders and that he had left the place 20 minutes before , I mean, it came out late and the pizza was on the road for almost an hour !!! And they still tell me that because the waiting time is varied, that nothing happens ... What a shame, I canceled the order and I will not order again, 2 hours of waiting and the order has not yet arrived !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El tiempo de espera es exagerado , estuve esperando 2 horas mi pizza , solicité el reembolso el cual dijeron que en 20 días hábiles lo hacían , así que no llego ni el dinero ni la pizza. No pidan en esta sucursal
Terrible service. The waiting time is exaggerated, I was waiting 2 hours for my pizza, I requested a refund which they said they did in 20 business days, so neither the money nor the pizza arrived. Do not ask at this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio vía telefónica, te mantienen en línea casi 10 minutos para tomarte la orden y llega 50 minutos después de colgar la llamada y no estamos ni a 10 minutos de la tienda.
Very bad service via phone, they keep you online for almost 10 minutes to take the order and it arrives 50 minutes after hanging up the call and we are not even 10 minutes from the store.
