★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta MUCHA actitud de servicio al personal, uno tiene que atenderse sólo porque no pueden darte ni los cartoncitos para las rebanadas de pizza.
Las mesas sucias y algo tan básico básico como servilletas... NO TENIAN ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar muy sucia la sucursal, su pésimo personal, comiendo papas frente al cliente se me hace una falta de respeto, le pedí una promoción y me la negó una Srita. Llamada Karla , pedí y cuando subí al primer piso sus mesas sucias, les pedí las limpiaran y me salieron que ya no había servicio, pedí servilletas y que no había, los modos en que me respondieron, pedí de inmediato.mi devolución de $$$ ,pedí al Gerente y que no tenían ?
 To begin with, the branch is very dirty, its lousy staff, eating potatoes in front of the client, is disrespectful to me, I asked for a promotion and a Miss denied it. Karla called, I asked and when I went up to the first floor their dirty tables, I asked them to clean them and they told me that there was no longer service, I asked for napkins and that there were none, the ways in which they responded to me, I immediately asked for my $$ refund $, I asked the Manager and they did not have ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pedí una pizza directamente llamando a la sucursal, pasaron 50 minutos y no llegaba marque y que no tenían mi pedido tomado, y que ahí no podían entregar a carretas!!! El chavo que atendió super pésimo servicio y muy pedante, no nos brindo solución alguna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice el pedido por una aplicación. Esperé más de 3 horas mi pedido hasta que cerraron. Llamé y en más de tres ocasiones me aseguraron que en quince minutos iba a llegar mi pedido, pero nunca llegó y encima me lo cobraron. Es la segunda vez que me pasa y no habrá tercera.
I placed the order for an application. I waited more than 3 hours for my order until they closed. I called and on more than three occasions they assured me that my order would arrive in fifteen minutes, but it never arrived and they charged me for it. It's the second time it's happened to me and there won't be a third.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos un pedido a través de una aplicación, después de 2 horas de espera nos dicen que entregaron el pedido en otra casa, después de 30 minutos de espera en llamada me dejaron colgado esperando la llamada de la supuesta supervisora.
Todavía nos comunican al repartidor quien se pone a hablar y hablar justificando la mala entrega en vez de dar una solución.
Que falta de profesionalismo y de ética tienen, si así es su servicio no quiero ni imaginar la higiene y calidad de sus productos. No pidan en esta sucursal, que sus trabajadores dejan mucho que desear, vamos a acudir a Profeco con los datos del pedido, ya que prácticamente fue un robo y a ver si también a ellos los ignoran.
We made an order through an application, after 2 hours of waiting they told us that the order was delivered to another house, after 30 minutes of waiting on a call they left me hanging waiting for the call from the supposed supervisor.
They still communicate to us the delivery man who starts talking and talking justifying the bad delivery instead of giving a solution.
What a lack of professionalism and ethics they have, if that's how their service is, I don't even want to imagine the hygiene and quality of their products. Do not order in this branch, because its workers leave much to be desired, we are going to go to Profeco with the order data, since it was practically a robbery and let's see if they ignore them too.

Les recomiendo ir casi cerrando por si van a cenar ya que las pizzas que cancelan los clientes las dan a promociones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pizza I’ve had in years ! I ordered through Rappi and didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be able to follow the progress of my order. It took over an hour for the pizza to get to my door and it was stone cold when it did and had very little cheese, if any, and very little taste. I won’t be ordering Dominos again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domino’s is good pizza but don’t order from this store on Uber Eats. They use their own drivers and you can not track their progress. They also pulled a no-show twice (out of 4 orders) on me after saying the order was delivered. I had to ask Uber Eats to refund me both times. I won’t try again. I tried to call them but they don’t answer their phone.
Update: Their own website is terrible too. We’ve had one cancellation over an hour after the order and after they said a delivery man was on the way, and another no show.
No more. I’ll support local restaurants now instead of chains.
