Domino's Atizapán - 52900 Cd López Mateos

My experience in this place yesterday (4 / SEP / 2021) was not very pleasant. Since my partner and I did not get the service we expected. Since to begin with, the tables that are part of the establishment are dirty and on many occasions they are not cleaned as they should be and I believe and want to think that cleaning should be a priority in times of a pandemic. As the second and most important point is customer service since today it happened to us that we were waiting for a pizza for more than an hour, an hour in which my partner went twice to ask what was happening with our order. In the first, after 40 minutes, he went to ask and they told him that it was ready, that they just need to put it in the box and that it was a matter of "a little while" for them to speak to him, which DID NOT HAPPEN, so we were waiting for 30 more minutes and my partner went back to ask what was wrong and it turns out that his excuse was that our order had been taken by a delivery man by mistake and that we basically had to wait another 10 minutes. Which no longer seemed convenient to us so we preferred to request a refund and go to eat elsewhere. It is worth mentioning that the workers of this branch only spend their time wasting and that is why they do not attend as they should be, I do not want to generalize that they are all but I wish Domino's as a large and important company that it is, would do something about it with the attention that their workers provide. For my part, my partner and I leave with a bad taste in our mouths and we will not return to that branch.

The worst service, lousy pizza, lousy phone service, I ordered at home, the pizza arrived completely cold and burnt, all charred, the lady who answered me on the phone was very rude and incompetent, and when I dialed to claim everything, I didn't even know wherever they attended me, they answered the phone and left me there waiting while the same lady was clearly heard talking to another person and laughing, my recommendation: avoid ordering from this branch

Terrible, all wrong To begin with, when dialing to order home delivery, they left me waiting on the phone for a long time while the operator attended to other matters, I had to correct the information I gave them several times since they took it wrong and very slowly, the worst thing is that the pizza arrived in good condition horrible, completely burned VERY cold and with a strange smell, it is the second time that I order from this branch and the first time I also had similar problems, I recommend never risking ordering from there

I made an order for 8 pizzas and they only sent me 6 catsup and 8 sauces, they did not send napkins and I called for clarification and they told me to wait until the delivery man finished delivering so he could give me more accessories
