★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella porque la señorita que me atendió hoy 24/11/2020 a las 2:40 PM no me quería dar servilletas y platos, al darme la pizza para llevar lo cual le dije que mejor me cancelara, yo entiendo lo de la pandemia pero no voy a comer sin plato y sin servilleta mi pizza además que me la cortaron muy mal pedazos muy grandes y muy chicos pésimo el que corta la pizza vuelvo a confirmar ya solo es el nombre porque no hay buen servicio.
 I give it a star because the lady who attended me today 11/24/2020 at 2:40 PM did not want to give me napkins and plates, when she gave me the pizza to take away which I told her to cancel it better, I understand about the pandemic, but I'm not going to eat my pizza without a plate and without a napkin, besides, they cut it very badly, very large pieces and very small pieces, terrible whoever cuts the pizza, I confirm again, it is only the name because there is no good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido muchas veces y siempre pido pizza de sartén y NUNCA tienen, tampoco orilla rellena o alguna otra especial, tengo que pedirla en la app a la MISMA sucursal y sólo así me hacen la pizza que QUIERO.
I've been there many times and I always order pan pizza and they NEVER have stuffed crust or any other special, I have to order it in the app at the SAME branch and that's the only way they make me the pizza I WANT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy excelente servicio, las pizzas chicas de mostrador están muy buenas la grande es opcional para más personas y así ahorrar demasiado pueden tener cuidado al salir si van caminando pues ya que no tiene lugar para estacionar si lo dejan en otro lado que sea en un estacionamiento por que si condenan en la calle tengan cuidado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la atención es como todas las sucursales de Puebla, pero la verdad es para comer en este establecimiento, no es recomendable, no hay mucha higiene a pesar de que todavía en muchos lugares te dan gel antibacterial y te miden la temperatura, aquí no. Además de que las mesas cuando se desocupan no hay quién las desinfecte y por lo menos que pongan un atomizador y una franela o pañuelo para que lo hagas tu.
