They don't accept Alsea's loyalty program Wow Rewards. My second - and last - visit there I spent 38 minutes for a eat-in order.
The crew is very disrespectful and the argue among then. I saw how they hung up the phone to avoid taking orders.
With plenty of pizza places nowadays, most of them with cheaper options, they should be trying to improve their service.
From their menu you should definitely try cajeta rolls.
Papotas, in my opinion, would taste better if fried rather than baked.
