★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, pedimos por la aplicacion y ya llevan mas de 1 hora, marcamos y contestan pero noa dicen que esperemos, hemos hecho mas de 15 llamadas, algunas no las contestan, y otras contestan y se quedan platicando entre los empleados, yo no se para que tienen plataforma y numero telefonico.
 AWFUL SERVICE, we ask for the application and it's been more than 1 hour, we dial and they answer but they don't say to wait, we have made more than 15 calls, some don't answer them, and others answer and stay talking among the employees, I don't know Why do they have a platform and phone number?

Pedimos a las 3:15, son las 5 y aún no llega el pedido, dijeron que tardarían una hora y casi son dos horas… les llamé y dijeron que aún faltaban 4 pedidos más por entregar… ??♂️ Mi familia y yo estamos arrepentidos de pedir con ustedes, mis hijos están desesperados, en estos momentos iremos a comer a algún restaurante mejor…
Terrible service!!! We ordered at 3:15, it's 5 and the order still hasn't arrived, they said it would take an hour and it's almost two hours... I called them and they said there were still 4 more orders to be delivered... ??♂️ My family and I are sorry for ordering with you, my children are desperate, right now we are going to eat at a better restaurant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una hora esperando la Pizza, estoy a menos de 10 minutos de distancia, no sé cómo pasó eso, marque dos veces y las dos veces dijeron el repartidor ya va para allá, pero en verdad no es adecuada la forma en qué hacen las entregas o la forma de planearlas, lo lamento por el repartidor que hacía mucho frío y no se la recibí porque me fuí a comprar otra cosa, pero en verdad qué están haciendo?
An hour waiting for the Pizza, I'm less than 10 minutes away, I don't know how that happened, I dialed twice and both times they said the delivery man is on his way, but the way they deliver is not really adequate or the way to plan them, I'm sorry for the delivery man who was very cold and I didn't receive it because I went to buy something else, but really what are they doing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una pizza y duraron 2 horas con 49 minutos en entregarla. El peor servicio y hablamos como 5 veces y siempre nos decía que ahí iba la pizza. La neta no compren aquí. A menos que la quieran para medio día después de cuando la pidieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some employee there keeps pocketing change and gives my mom attitude! I REPEAT, HE STEALS YOUR CHANGE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. I don't know his name but he's a skinny light skinned man with black hair. His poor attitude in customer service doesn't reflect very well with the establishment and this needs to change NOW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No air conditioning so it's unbelievabley hot but, the pizza is great. The employees are real friendly and the place is clean. Went again two weeks later and the pizza was the best one I have eaten in 7 years of being in Mexico. The cheese was pouring off of each slice and each slice had at least 4 slices of pepperoni on them. The employees all had smiles and seemed happy to help. I will always come back to this shop as long as I need a delicious pizza.
