Terrible attitude of the person who attends the counter, they gave me a pizza that I did not order and they charged me more, and the pizza was not even cut. I will not come again, much less recommend this branch.

I do not recommend it, the service was lazy, they did not give me the pizza I wanted and they charged me more, the pizza was not cut either, terrible experience. I don't usually give bad reviews but this time it really deserves it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, marcamos para hacer una orden y cuando dijimos la dirección nos dijeron que checarian si alguien podría llevar el pedido y nos colgaron sin decir más, claro si volver a llamar, pésimo atención y la señorita se comporto déspota y grosera.
Terrible service, we dialed to make an order and when we told the address they told us that they would check if someone could take the order and they hung up on us without saying anything else, of course if we should call again, terrible attention and the lady behaved despotic and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto la aplicación como la página web no son intuitivas al momento de la compra y cuando estás realizando tu orden en la aplicación, esta te saca (pasó 3 veces). La solución que encontré fue pedir directo de la página web en una computadora de escritorio y aunque fue más intuitiva la compra al ordenar, el tracker de pedido decía que ya me habían traído mi orden y que ya se había entregado. Pasaron 10 minutos sin saber porqué pasó esto, y después me habló el repartidor diciendo que apenas estaba saliendo de la tienda hacia mi casa. En general muy desagradable la atención al cliente.
Both the application and the website are not intuitive at the time of purchase and when you are placing your order in the application, it takes you out (happened 3 times). The solution I found was to order directly from the website on a desktop computer and although the purchase was more intuitive when ordering, the order tracker said that they had already brought me my order and that it had already been delivered. 10 minutes passed without knowing why this happened, and then the delivery man spoke to me saying that he was just leaving the store on his way home. In general very unpleasant customer service.
