★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, me podrian decir en donde podria poner una queja sobre esta sucursal por favor, el dia de ayer pedi una pizza y no llego a tiempo. Al ver que no llegaba la pizza y ni marcaban a mi domicilio (porque el telefono que puse es de casa), llame a la sucursal y el trato fue nefasto, me colgaron 3 veces y a la cuarta vez me contestaron, les pedi que me ayudaran a ver el porque aun no llegaba la orden y el joven que me atendio dijo que segun el repartidor llamo a mi domicilio y se fue. Yo me moleste mucho porque en ningun momento llamo y le pedi que me diera una solucion, pero la persona que estaba en el telefono fue muy grosera y me empezo a decir que la orden no iba a ser gratis aunque no hubiera llegado a tiempo, eso me molesto más porque el joven dedujo algo que YO NISIQUIERA PEDI, yo jamas pedi que me dieran mi orden gratis, yo lo unico que queria es que llegara mi orden y que me dieran la atención que merezco, ya que seguido les compramos a ustedes pero creo que esta va a ser la ultima vez que les vamos a comprar ya que anteriormente habiamos tenido temas con ustedes que deje pasar.

Los muchachos que atienden ? todo bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, las pizzas salieron rápido y dentro de lo que cabe bien preparadas,lo malo de está sucursal es que es muy pequeña,en lo personal tuve un problema al momento de pagar, ya que yo pedí por la app ,por que en la tienda no tenian algunas promociones que el app si,el problema fue que use puntos WOW pero me decían que en los tiquet no les aperian esos puntos,les tuve que mostré las notificaciones que llegan a mi correo,hasta que corrigieron el problema

Obvio tibias, dentro de las cajas y la verdad mal hechas. Las trabajadoras en la platica buena, ni una disculpa te ofrecen, sobre todo una señora muy grosera que ni a la cara te puede ver. Pésimo servicio
Terrible service. We ordered to eat there and it took them an hour to give us the pizza, they gave it to us because we asked why it took so long.
