Es lamentable ya que me gusta mucho el sabor de su pizza aunque en precios estén más arriba que otras opciones. Siempre que quiero darles otra oportunidad y consumir de sus servicios, quedó más desilucionado. Uno comprende que todo lleva un proceso y tiempo de preparación, pero como es posible que está última vez 1h 40min y mi pizza aún no llegaba y bueno uno puede comprender cualquier contratiempo pero siempre y cuando a uno le marquen y lo mantengan informado. Pero yo les marcaba y la persona encargada de tomar los pedidos me decía espera un momento y me dejaba en la línea sin decir nada, volvía a marcar y lo mismo. Cuando me decidí a salir y comprar otro bien sustituto para comer. Jajaja me marcan q ya iban a mi domicilio sólo les dije "que ya no necesitaba de sus servicios aunque me quedara con el antojó". Quisiera que volvieran a dar el servicio de antes :( ?ó??? ????? ???????? ?? ??? ?é???? ???????? ? ?????????? It is unfortunate since I really like the taste of their pizza even though the prices are higher than other options. Whenever I want to give them another chance and consume their services, I am more disappointed. One understands that everything takes a process and preparation time, but as it is possible that it is last time 1h 40min and my pizza still did not arrive and well one can understand any setback but as long as they mark and keep you informed. But I dialed them and the person in charge of taking the orders told me wait a moment and left me on the line without saying anything, dialed again and the same. When I decided to go out and buy another substitute good to eat. Hahaha they mark me that they were already going to my home I just told them "that I no longer needed their services even if I wanted to." I would like them to give the service again :(

Además imposible de contactar por teléfono, te piden que los esperes y tarde más de 6 minutos en espera, vuelves a llamar y ni te escuchan responden eso en automático para hacerte esperar Very bad service, they do not have ketchup or hot sauce. Also impossible to contact by phone, they ask you to wait for them and it takes more than 6 minutes to wait, you call again and they do not even hear you, they answer that automatically to make you wait
