★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No me llamaron cuando mi pizza estuvo lista y debido a eso se enfrió. No creo que sea justo que nosotros debamos estar preguntando a cada rato si nuestra pizza está lista, no obstante, si tiene que ser de ese modo por la cantidad de clientes que hay que atender, por lo menos deberían especificarlo desde un principio.
 Terrible service. They didn't call me when my pizza was ready and because of that it got cold. I don't think it's fair that we should be asking every once in a while if our pizza is ready, however, if it has to be that way due to the number of customers we have to serve, they should at least specify it from the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi pedido en sucursal directamente a las 3 de la tarde , y tardaron una hora y media en darme mi pedido y de mala manera , todos los repartidores dentro , sin cubrebocas , y la cajera estaba con cabello suelto .
Mi pedido lo hice el día 5 de diciembre alas 3 de la tarde y me entregaron 4:30 .
Le daban más prioridad al los pedidos por la app o por teléfono
I placed my order at the branch directly at 3 in the afternoon, and it took an hour and a half to give me my order and in a bad way, all the delivery men inside, without face masks, and the cashier had hair down.
I made my order on December 5 at 3 in the afternoon and they delivered me 4:30.
They gave more priority to orders by the app or by phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los trabajadores de la sucursal tienen una pésima actitud a la hora de atender, tardaron 50 min en entregarme mis pizzas y cuando lo hicieron ya estaban todas frías. El lugar está hecho un asco, no limpian y la parte donde cocinan está hecho todo un caos.
Terrible service, the branch workers have a terrible attitude when serving, it took 50 minutes to deliver my pizzas and when they did they were all cold. The place is disgusting, they don't clean and the part where they cook is in complete chaos.

Terrible service they don't give you ketchup and if you go to ask for it they make you look bad if they don't want to work or serve customers who quit in these times of being more attentive with customers. There are people who don't even have a job and long to have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pedí una pizza a domicilio y llego a los 40 minutos. La actitud del conductor era muy grosera y la pizza ya estaba fría.
Intenté llamar a la sucursal y te contestan y te dejan hablando solo, tampoco cumplen su garantía de 30 minutos.
Terrible attention, I ordered a pizza at home and it arrived in 40 minutes. The driver's attitude was very rude and the pizza was already cold.
I tried calling the branch and they answer you and leave you talking to yourself, they don't fulfill their 30 minute guarantee either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni una estrella debería darles, pésimo servicio, cero atención al cliente y siempre niegan pago con mercado pago, ya sea para aplicar una promoción o bien para utilizar dicha app, como medio de pago, apesar de que tienen los escaners y banners de publicidad del cobro con la aplicación. Por cierto nunca dan ticket de tu compra.
Not one star should be given to them, terrible service, zero customer service and they always deny payment with the payment market, either to apply a promotion or to use said app, as a means of payment, despite the fact that they have the scanners and advertising banners of the payment with the application.
