El día de ayer pedí a domicilio la promoción vigente de 2 pizzas grandes por $289, pero nunca recibí mi pedido. Desafortunadamente me quedé con ganas de comer pizza con mi familia, pero temo si nuevamente hago un pedido en la sucursal cercana, no llegue mi pedido nuevamente. Que decepción de facultad de dominos san Vicente.

En órdenes para recoger en tienda se inventaron la excusa de haberme marcado para confirmar, me mostraron un número que no era el mío pero aún así cancelaron la orden.
Pedidos a domicilio tardan hasta una hora en llegar, se inventan excusas como que no hay suficientes repartidores, que se accidentó el repartidor a una cuadra de tu casa, te llaman pasados los 30 minutos de garantía de entrega para decirte que tardarán de 15 a 20 minutos más, si les pides cancelar la orden debido al retraso dicen que lo cancelarán y no lo hacen (ese incidente fue en septiembre de 2021), al día de hoy (abril 2022) ni atención al cliente me ha resuelto el problema.
Piénsenlo 2 veces antes de hacer cualquier pedido en esta sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lástima que manejen publicidad engañosa y no quieran respetar las promociones que tienen publicadas en sus anuncios que ponen en su propio establecimiento, llegue a pedir una pizza mediana x $99 ya que sólo era para mí hijo pequeño y una grande ya me parecía demasiado, me dijo la cajera que si quería solo me la podían hacer grande, porque se les terminó la masa de la mediana, ? , no me resultó lógica la respuesta, así que opte por no pedir nada e irme a otro lugar donde si podía pedir e incluso por rebanadas, solo les escribo para recordarles que hay más opciones y MEJORES, como para que se den el lujo de perder clientes por no respetar sus propias "promociones" gracias
