★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, sea un pedido por app, directo a número de tienda o en mostrador son lentos, llamas para pedir información acerca del pedido y no saben nada, al fondo se escuchan risas, no se conocen entre ellos y menciona la srta. que el repartidor es de otra tienda, llega el repartidor y menciona que no, que si es de Palomas, aparte de llegar tarde el producto, llega frío y mal cortado, no respetan tiempos, pedido hecho a las 7:38 pm y llego 9:15 pm.
 Terrible service, be it an order by app, direct to the store number or at the counter they are slow, you call to ask for information about the order and they do not know anything, in the background laughter is heard, they do not know each other and Ms. That the delivery man is from another store, the delivery person arrives and mentions that no, that if it is from Palomas, apart from the product being late, it arrives cold and badly cut, they do not respect times, order made at 7:38 pm and it arrived 9 : 15 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan mucho, son groseros y estaban jugando en la cocina en vez de estar trabajando, la primera vez que fuimos nos dieron mal una pizza y se molestaron cuando les pedimos que por favor la cambiaran, la pizza está buena, pero de verdad que el servicio es pésimo
They take a long time, they are rude and they were playing in the kitchen instead of working, the first time we went they gave us a bad pizza and they got upset when we asked them to please change it, the pizza is good, but really the service is lousy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supuestamente tienen promoción de pizza mediana por 99 pesos en mostrador, llegas a ordenar y dicen que se les acabó la masa, no te queda otra opción más que comprar la grande o no comprar nada ?.
El sabor regular y la atención buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una porquería de servicio, te cobran la pizza y nunca llegan, las personas que te atienden son nefastas, nunca pidan por Didi food, te cobran y nunca llega, de verdad la peor atención a clientes, si se pudiera poner cero estrellas lo haría.
A crap service, they charge you for the pizza and they never arrive, the people who serve you are disastrous, never ask for Didi food, they charge you and it never arrives, really the worst customer service, if I could put zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acabamos de pedir una pizza y aún cuando en la app de didi nos dice que está en proceso y a los minutos de la entrega te marcan para cancelar porque según la zona es peligrosa, pero bien que se escuchan risas y ruido de fondo, pésimo servicio, falta de profesionalismo, pésima atención al cliente, si no quieren trabajar que tan solo no acepten pedidos y dejen de hacer perder el tiempo.
Terrible service, we just ordered a pizza and even though the didi app tells us that it is in process and minutes after delivery they call you to cancel because according to the area it is dangerous, but laughter and background noise can be heard, lousy service, lack of professionalism, lousy customer service, if they don't want to work just don't accept orders and stop wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de las pizzas es la misma que en cualquier otra sucursal. Sus postres como los baitz o el cheesy bread son deliciosos. Un poco más caras y en ocasiones las promociones duran muy poco o dicen que ya no la tienen. Los repartidores muchas veces no traen cambio o confunden las órdenes. Si vas a la sucursal el estacionamiento es amplio.
The quality of the pizzas is the same as in any other branch. Their desserts like the baitz or the cheesy bread are delicious. A little more expensive and sometimes the promotions last very little or they say that they no longer have it. The delivery men often do not bring change or mix up the orders. If you go to the branch the parking lot is ample.
