★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio el día sábado 30 por la tarde entre 7 y 8 pm. Tanto la cajera, como los repartidores, comiendo dentro de la zona de preparación de alientos, sin cubrebocas. Gritando palabras altisonantes de predominio el tipo de repartidor, todo un patán, y la cajera con mala actitud, nefasta, hacen su trabajo más a fuerza qué otra cosa. No sugieren no buenas las buenas tardes dicen. En fin, si estas en Monterrey y ves esta sucursal no vayas, evitate un mal rato y mal trato. Ojalá los dueños de esta franquicia tomen cartas en el asunto.
Bad service on Saturday the 30th in the afternoon between 7 and 8 pm. Both the cashier and the delivery men, eating inside the food preparation area, without a mask. Shouting high-sounding words of predominance, the type of delivery man, a complete lout, and the cashier with a bad attitude, disastrous, do their job more by force than anything else. They do not suggest not good the good afternoon they say. Anyway, if you're in Monterrey and you see this branch, don't go, avoid a bad time and bad treatment. Hopefully the owners of this franchise take action on the matter.
