Terrible service. The extra ingredients for which I paid were not provided, I arrived frozen and stiff, I dialed and they hung up on me, they finally answered me and left me waiting on the phone for 9 minutes

The service is terrible they did not send my pizza despite having ordered it through didi Food, it never arrived and the platform did charge, fortunately didi makes a refund but the branch is terrible

A real dump waiting for a pizza that was paid for with a debit card and since it was already paid, it was worth the manager and the delivery man, maybe if it had been in cash they would give it more importance to get the money back for a job they did but how It was paid before, it was worth a mother.. A real dump

Lousy place. To begin with, when I dialed on the phone, they left me waiting 10 minutes and they didn't answer me and then they hung up on me. Also, while I wait to see if they answer me, their conversations are heard and you can hear very clearly that they speak in a language that is not appropriate. And what shocks me even more is that when I went to eat a pizza in person and I said “Excuse me, do you have napkins?” and a lady replied "Why?" And that response seemed strange to me, but well, I told her “because I spilled soda on the table” to which she replied “yes, but why?” and I kept thinking and I said incredulously “please?” and then it was about the napkins but that seemed very wrong to me since I was not even reluctantly asking for them in my mind the conversation was going to be “Excuse me, do you have napkins?” “Yes, I like some” “Yes, could you pass me some please”. I find it extremely hypocritical that they do that and over the phone they are heard speaking in a language that would leave a sailor with his mouth open. Terrible service and it's a real shame because the pizzas from that chain are very good but if this service persists I'll be forced to change pizza providers.

I have ordered three times from here. The first time the service was terrible, starting because they answer the phone but leave you on the line for minutes before someone picks up. They don't even have the decency to say 'Hello, give me a few minutes', I ordered another two times hoping it was just an unlucky day. And no, they just have terrible management. Don't buy from here.
