★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de llamar a la sucursal de Atlixco y no me quisieron hacer mi pedido. Pésimo servicio, malísimo! Para empezar tardaron mucho en responder el teléfono, en segunda muy mala manera de pedir la dirección para el registro. Luego, pedí hawaiana grande con orilla de queso y me dijeron que no existe ese tamaño, solo mediana, a lo que entonces modifiqué a 3 medianas y otras 4 pizzas más igualmente medianas con orilla de queso y me dijeron que no me podían hacer mi pedido porque eran muchas. Les expliqué que estoy en un hotel que renté para mi y mi familia (14 personas, incluyendo niños) y estamos festejando un cumpleaños, y me negaron el servicio. El gerente fue de lo más inútil al no tener capacidad de respuesta ni de solución y del personal ni se diga. Horrible el servicio.
I just called the Atlixco branch and they didn't want to place my order. Terrible service, terrible! To begin with, they took a long time to answer the phone, secondly, a very bad way of asking for the address for registration. Then, I ordered large Hawaiian with cheese edge and they told me that there is no such size, only medium, to which I then modified to 3 medium and another 4 more equally medium pizzas with cheese edge and they told me that they could not make my order because there were many. I explained to them that I am in a hotel that I rented for me and my family (14 people, including children) and we are celebrating a birthday, and they denied me the service. The manager was most useless as he did not have the capacity for response or solution and the staff did not even say so. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho deja desear la atención al cliente, hay una empleada que en definitivo no deberían dejarla contestar el teléfono, para empezar uno pide informes sobre la entrega a domicilio y no sabe, además de no tener forma de contestar (me imagino que se debe capacitar al personal) y la otra es que para no atender te dice que no se escucha la llamada, cosa que al segundo intento de la llamada otra persona contestó y no hubo ningun problema de la llamada, lástima de servicio ??????
