★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza aplastada , fría, y para que me lo entregaran trado casi hora y media que pq no me encontraban en mi domicilio según me llamaron, sonaba una vez colgaban y en cuanto salía el repartidor se iba super rapido. Ni un minuto se 3speraba.
Los ingredientes sabia agrios y en fin. Pesimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revisen bien lo que ordenan porque NO entregan Ticket, yo quería una pizza rellena de queso y me anotaron una original, no pude exigir cambio porque eso fue lo que me cobraron lo cual me parece lamentable ?
Check well what they order because they DO NOT deliver a Ticket, I wanted a pizza stuffed with cheese and they wrote me an original one, I could not demand change because that was what they charged me which I find unfortunate ?

El lugar es bastante limpio y agradable.
No hay lugar de estacionamiento.
El personal que atiende es muy accesible y busca la satisfacción del cliente.
Una muy buena opción para la gente que se encuentra en la Campestre Churubusco y sus alrededores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando tienen poca demanda la atención es regular y decente. Cuando tienen mucha gente los encargados del teléfono son muy golpeados, cuelgan constantemente el teléfono una vez que ya te contestaron y tardan en entregar más del tiempo prometido de los 30 minutos.
Respecto a los alimentos: son de la calidad que puedes esperar de esta cadena.
Pedir por la app es un martirio por qué tardan mucho en entregar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría mejorarán la comunicación y fueran más honestos en cuanto a lo que dicen al tomar la orden y cuando se recibe la orden en el domicilio.
La situación fue que cuando hice el pedido, me preguntaron si el pago sería en efectivo o tarjeta y pedí en efectivo, me dijeron que si cambio o exacto el pago, dije que necesitaba cambio.
Cuando llega el repartidor y pago me dice que si no tengo la cantidad exacta ya que el no tenía cambio le mencioné lo que hable con la persona que me atendió por teléfono y prácticamente me regaño el repartidor que no que yo siempre debo pagar con cambio. Entonces no entiendo para que me hacen la pregunta si el repartidor se va a poner grosero, al final me dió cambio y no entendí cuál fue la intención. Lo que si, van quitando las ganas de continuar comprando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien, la verdad es que preparan sus pizzas muy bien, inclusive los volcanes muy bien hechos, pedimos una pizza de sarten con carne molida, pollo, salsa habanero y filadelfia, el personal muy atento y amable, nada más deberían tener en cuenta que tengan un poco más de limpieza en sus mesas. ?♥️
