Domino's Pizza Coba - 77500 Cancún

My favorite Domino's Pizza Shop in Cancún. I prefer to take it to go. They have the special touch I need. They are not so kind to clients, because I think they have a lot of work, but they need to improve their clients approach. Maybe that is why I prefer to order at the counter and wait for it. It is very practical if you live around to call them for delivery. Good shop.

A lot cheaper than hotel zone domino's for the same thing. However, the sign clearly says Sarten Grande 179 + 39 for 2-4 ingredients, but the register charges 229, and they won't give the advertised price. That's illegal in Mexico. Months later, the same story. Consistently overcharging and not honoring the posted prices.

Got good veggie pizza. Asked for more toppings and they did it! Like the Cheesy Bread as well.

Scammers. If you order online by card you get your order stolen (order marked as received but never received) , literally twice.

They stole my food because I paid by card! It is unfair to rob someone, even for pizza ?

The pizza was not too fresh. The service was alright. The restrooms were not clean and it smelled really bad. It has two floors and it’s not too busy. The price is very affordable than most places around. The chicken wings were not fresh they had a very bad flavor

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will charge your card, make you wait two hours, then say it was delivered. You will not get your order. Do not order from here. Charge back, charge back!

1 star because it’s not possible to put 0! These people are thieves, not capable of doing their own job and really offensive. Yesterday night they accepted my online order and after 2 hours I was waiting because they weren’t answering the phone however the app was saying that it’s getting ready, they closed the shop, they took my money and I didn’t receive anything. The second time we went to the shop and they said that they are not taking orders because of high volume of orders. Unfortunately, there was heavy rain outside so we waited for almost two hours to prepare our order while people were coming and going with their orders. At the end the order was wrong, they took the money again and they weren’t willing to hear anything so we left as we really had run out of patience. I know it’s almost pointless to write a review because they don’t even care and the person that took our order was the supervisor, THE SUPERVISOR, imagine!!! However, I’m going to leave it that comment only to prevent others from having the same experience. WROST EXPERIENCE EVER. CLOSE THIS SHOP OR CHANGE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WORKING. Even if it’s just a food order you are THIEVES shame on you!!!!!!!!!
