★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor sucursal a la que he pedido. Tardaron máa de 1 hora y media en entregar, y además a mi pizza le hizo falta un ingrediente. Pésimos servicio. Jamás volveré pedir aquí. Jamás.
 It is the worst branch I have ordered from. They took more than 1 hour and a half to deliver, and also my pizza needed an ingredient. Lousy service. I will never order here again. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la primera vez que pedí una pizza, llegó 15 minutos después de que me dijeron que la entregaron, la segunda ni siquiera llegó, llamé a la sucursal y contestaron pero me dejaron en línea mientras solo se escuchaba como platicaban de no se que cosa, ignorandome y dejándome con el teléfono en la oreja por 20 minutos, así que solo decidí colgar, tienes super mal trato a los clientes, y no muestran interés en ayudar o algo
Terrible service, the first time I ordered a pizza, it arrived 15 minutes after they told me it was delivered, the second time it didn't even arrive, I called the branch and they answered but they left me on the line while I only heard how they talked about I don't know what thing, ignoring me and leaving me with the phone to my ear for 20 minutes, so I just decided to hang up, you have super bad treatment of customers, and they show no interest in helping or anything

Terrible branch, I went in person and nobody attends to you because they are "busy" I ordered for Didi and the pizza never arrived I had to call to cancel the order and I am waiting for my refund from Didi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llamas para ver el estatus de tu pedido No contestan!! Atención al cliente no funciona, pésimo servicio la verdad a menos que vayas a sucursal si tienes tu pedido pero para llevar ni llega 2 horas y nada
When you call to see the status of your order they don't answer!! Customer service does not work, terrible service the truth unless you go to the branch if you have your order but to take away it does not even arrive 2 hours and nothing

Vale la pena solo si vas y pides y esperas en la sucursal
Terrible service, orders will always always arrive after 1:30 hrs and cold, I have ordered on different occasions and they never arrive on time.
It's worth it only if you go and order and wait at the branch
