★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad que últimamente el servicio está peor y no tienen un Gerente que resuelva problemas sino todo lo contrario. Nunca llegó la pizza que porque no encontraron el domicilio y nunca marcaron, no preguntaron al vigilante. Llamamos y se pusieron super altaneros como si nosotros tuviéramos la culpa. Van 3 veces que nos llevamos está mala experiencia, por fin acaban de perder un cliente e igual mi familia. Tienda San Roque en Irapuato, Gto. Solo espero me devuelvan mi dinero x q pagué en línea.
The truth is that lately the service is worse and they don't have a Manager to solve problems, quite the opposite. The pizza never arrived because they didn't find the address and they never checked, they didn't ask the security guard. We called and they got super cocky like it was our fault. It's been 3 times that we've had this bad experience, finally they just lost a client and so did my family. San Roque store in Irapuato, Gto. I just hope they return my money because I paid online.
