Dos meses despuĂ©s de su apertura ordenĂ© 2 pizzas medianas online me llamaron para decirme que no tenĂan medianas, volvĂ a llamar para ordenar una pizza masa italiana online y me llamaron para decirme que tampoco tenĂan, me querĂan vender lo que ellos querĂan, ya no ordenĂ© nada.
 Since they opened they have never answered the phone.
Two months after its opening I ordered 2 medium pizzas online they called me to tell me they didn't have medium ones, I called again to order an Italian dough pizza online and they called me to tell me they didn't have any either, they wanted to sell me what they wanted, I didn't order anymore nothing.

â â â â â No respetan la garantĂa de 30 minutos, ni siquiera 45min. En mi experiencia despuĂ©s de 2 horas y 18 minutos me llamaron para avisar que mi pedido estaba listo.
They do not respect the 30 minute guarantee, not even 45 minutes. In my experience, after 2 hours and 18 minutes they called me to let me know that my order was ready.

â â â â â Puse la orden alas 7 de la tarde dieron 9 :07 y mi pedido no llegaba llame alas 8:30 y me dijo que yo no contestaba le pregunye ya esta lista yo voy por ella estoy a un minuto de donde ustedes y me dijo no nosotros la llevamos 9:10 y la orden nunca llego. Servicio inaseptable horrible jamas lo volvere a usar y obio no lo recomiendo .mucha perdida de tiempo.
I placed the order at 7 o'clock in the afternoon they gave 9:07 and my order did not arrive, call at 8:30 and she told me that I did not answer, ask her, this list is now I am going for her I am one minute from where you and she told me not us we took her 9:10 and the order never arrived. Horrible unacceptable service I will never use it again and obviously I do not recommend it. Much waste of time.

Nunca contestan el telĂ©fono y cuando fui por una piza se tardaron mĂĄs de 1 hora y media en entregĂĄrmela y todavĂa y la señorita del mostrador todavĂa se enoja de que le preguntĂ© si ya estaba mi pedido. Viendo los comentarios veo que no soy la Ășnica y que tienen un horrible servicio.
Awful! They never answer the phone and when I went for a pizza it took more than 1 hour and a half to deliver it to me and still and the lady at the counter is still angry that I asked her if my order was already there. Looking at the comments I see that I am not the only one and that they have horrible service.

â â â â â Muy buen lugar y es nuevo. Las instalaciones son amplias, el mobiliario bien distribuido. La calidad de las pizzas es buena, cumple con los estĂĄndares de la cadena. En mi caso la pedĂ en lĂnea y sin problema para ordenar ni al recoger, fue justo lo que pedĂ. Cumple con las medidas de prevenciĂłn al covid. Cuando sea posible serĂĄ un lugar excelente para visitar con amigos

Solo pedido en el lugar para que te traigan a casa, 2 horas despuĂ©s... No respetan los 30 mins de garantia. Chat? Tampoco. El peor servicio a domicilio del pais sin exagerar

â â â â â El lugar muy bonito con unas instalaciones muy nuevas el baño impecable. Las personas que atienen muy amables honestas y ofrecen promociones para hacer mĂĄs atractiva la compra. Lo que no me gustĂł es que hay mucho ruido y la verdad se hace difĂcil comer con comodidad porque estĂĄ el ruido de las personas y de las pantallas que ambas tienen canales distintos y con un volumen muy alto .
The very nice place with very new facilities, the impeccable bathroom. The people who attend are very kind and honest and offer promotions to make the purchase more attractive. What I did not like is that there is a lot of noise and the truth is that it is difficult to eat comfortably because there is the noise of the people and the screens that both have different channels and with a very high volume.
