★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que decir, falta de personal a mi parecer, falta de mantenimiento debido a que en la mesa que nos toco había una gotera, el personal hace todo lo que esta en sus manos por lo que alcance a notar pero es evidente que se les sale de las manos, en especial en horas picos a mi parecer un par de personas más podrían hacer la diferencia, los insumos llegan a ser insuficientes no nos entregaron platos para comer ahí, solo servilletas que fue lo que utilizamos, si van por esos rumbos y planean comer aquí solo procuren que no sea una hora muy concurrida y podrían llevarse una buena experiencia
 What to say, lack of staff in my opinion, lack of maintenance because there was a leak on the table that touched us, the staff does everything in their power as far as I can see but it is evident that they get out of control the hands, especially during peak hours, in my opinion, a couple more people could make a difference, the supplies become insufficient, they did not give us plates to eat there, only napkins, which is what we used, if they go that way and plan eat here just make sure it is not a very crowded hour and you could have a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal no ha habido una sola ocasión en que asista y tengan todos los ingredientes, siempre hay agotados.
En general, las pizzas son recomendables y de buen sabor, teniendo en cuenta que no son preelaboradas (congeladas).
El tiempo de espera es relativamente corto.
Un tache enorme es que cuando son para llevar únicamente te dan 2 bolsitas de salsa por cada pizza.
In this branch there has not been a single occasion in which I attend and they have all the ingredients, there are always sold out.
In general, the pizzas are recommendable and have a good taste, considering that they are not pre-prepared (frozen).
The waiting time is relatively short.
A huge drawback is that when they are to take away, they only give you 2 bags of sauce for each pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención al cliente , siempre me respetaron las promociones que tenían en sus escaparates , muy rápido me entregaron la pizza y fueron muy amables al pedir más catsup y salsa , el lugar estaba limpio , lo único malo era que sus baños estaban fuera de servicio pero en general es muy bueno el lugar , además de tener enfrente el kiosko y la iglesia a un lado un lugar bonito para visitar cuando se viene a Acapulco.
Very good customer service, they always respected the promotions they had in their windows, they delivered the pizza very quickly and were very kind when I asked for more ketchup and sauce, the place was clean, the only bad thing was that their bathrooms were out of service but in general the place is very good, in addition to having the kiosk in front and the church to one side, a nice place to visit when you come to Acapulco.

Lo malo:
1. El servicio al cliente es muy muuuy lento
2. Son muy especiales con su horario, casi casi te corren si llegas con TIEMPO antes de que cierren, no te dejan consumir, solo comprar y llevar
3. La entrega a domicilio es pasable
Good pizza as always ❤
The bad:
1. Customer service is very very slow
2. They are very special with their schedule, they almost run you if you arrive with TIME before they close, they do not let you consume, only buy and take away
3. Home delivery is passable
