★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca empatía por parte de los empleados de la sucursal, al realizar un pedido donde se explica que no podíamos bajar por por condiciones de salud (ojo no era por COVID). Primero nos dijeron que sí y después el gerente fue muy grosero cuando íbamos a confirmar la entrega alegando que no iban a dejar la moto abajo porque no la podían dejar sola; cuando ya se le había explicado la situación a su operadora.

Very, very very bad attention from the guy who answers the phone is "rude" they should be more careful with their staff. I think that as customers we deserve respect and good treatment and vice versa but this guy is definitely super rude

Además me negó los ingredientes que quería, ni siquiera una disculpa, simplemente me dijo que por el momento no la manejaban, le tuve que preguntar que por qué y me dijo que porque aún no les repartían, no puede ser que en una cadena como esta tengan desabasto. Y esa pizza es la única razón por la que compro aquí ??
