★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio pides una pizza, te toman la orden y hasta una hr después cuando ya estás esperando que llegue te dicen que no te la pueden entregar, ni se molestan en llamar para avisarte antes.
 Terrible delivery service you order a pizza, they take the order and until an hour later when you're waiting for it to arrive they tell you that they can't deliver it to you, nor do they bother to call to let you know beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ya que se realizó un pedido pero de nada sirve ya que el personal no lo entrega completo, su única justificion es que se los llevo otro cliente.
Terrible service, since an order was placed but it is useless since the staff does not deliver it in full, their only justification is that another client took them.

Terrible service, I ordered a pizza it never arrived, I called again to see what had happened and the one who attended me showed total disinterest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchísimo que desear de esta franquicia. Se entiende la demanda que tienen:sin embargo, el personal no está capacitado, las instalaciones llegan a estar sucias y tienen un desorden en los pedidos. Los empleados no tienen ni idea de la atención al cliente correcta.
URGE capacitación para el personal.
Instalaciones sucias.
No hay servicio a domicilio y quien contesta el teléfono es grosera. En serio, es la peor franquicia que he conocido. Si dura es porque a la gente le gusta el mal trato
Much to be desired from this franchise. The demand they have is understood: however, the staff is not trained, the facilities become dirty and they have a mess in the orders. Employees have no idea of correct customer service.
URGE training for staff.
Dirty facilities.
There is no home delivery and whoever answers the phone is rude. Seriously, it is the worst franchise I have ever known. If it lasts, it is because people like bad treatment
