★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos momentos quise pedir 2 pizzas para Ex hacienda del Angel que esta a 1.2 kilometro de distancia y la señorita me contestas ¡¡NO LLEGAMOS HASTA ALLÁ, SE SALE DEL MAPA AUTORIZADO!! tal cual me respondio ??, creo que deben elegir mucho mejor a su personal y que verdaderamente tenga la convicción de ofrecer buen servicio, porque el que tienen sobresale demasiado su ineptitud y apatía
A few moments ago I wanted to order 2 pizzas for Ex hacienda del Angel which is 1.2 km away and the lady answered me WE DON'T GET THERE, IT LEAVES THE AUTHORIZED MAP !! As he answered me ??, I believe that they should choose their staff much better and that they truly have the conviction of offering good service, because the one they have stands out too much their ineptitude and apathy

La aplicación pésima, a partir de las 20:00 horas deja de funcionar.
Terrible service, they never answer the phone, I have waited twice for my order and it never arrived.
The lousy application, after 8:00 p.m. it stops working.

- Cierran antes a la hora que quieran
- Nunca hay repartidores para hacer envíos. Y cuando llego a Dominos por la pizza esta repleto de motos repartidoras estacionadas... parece que no les da la gana repartir en muchas ocasiones
- También los repartidores dejan de trabajar todavia mas temprano... si tienes suerte de que la tienda este abierta en la noche como a las 7-8 pm te dicen que ya no reparten a esa hora...
** Literalmente tienen clientes porque son el único Dominos en la zona, ojala tuvieran competencia para que le echaran un poquito mas de ganas
the service is very bad
- They close earlier at the time they want
- There are never delivery men to make shipments. And when I get to Dominos for the pizza, it's full of parked delivery motorcycles... it seems that they don't feel like delivering on many occasions
- Also the delivery men stop working even earlier... if you are lucky that the store is open at night around 7-8 pm they tell you that they no longer deliver at that time...
** They literally have customers because they are the only Dominos in the area, I wish they had competition to make them want a little more
