Primera vez que ordenó en esta sucursal y fatal ! Llego mi orden un poco tarde, llego el repartir súper fatal con mala actitud, pague en efectivo y le pedí que me proporcionara salsas éramos 3 personas, me dio mi cambio y me digo “ahorita se las traigo” se fue rápido se subió a su moto y no lo alcanzamos súper mal! Hablamos mínimo 6 veces a la tienda para que los trajeran Salsas que podría ser algo insignificante para uno pero es un complemento que a mi si me gusta, espere 1 hora llego el repartir casi aventándome 3 sobres de salsa le pedí si me daba más, se dio la vuelta haciendo gestos malos e ignorándome y se fue, si lo reporté a sucursal y según tomaran cartas en el asunto, la mala actitud y servicio de dominós por su personal cada vez es más fatal! No ordenó en esta pero en otras es casi de milagro que me lleguen bien o mal , me gustan pero cada vez es más caro y el personal muy mal !!!! ??
AWFUL SERVICE without a doubt!
First time ordering at this branch and fatal! My order arrived a little late, the super fatal delivery man arrived with a bad attitude, I paid in cash and asked him to provide me with sauces, we were 3 people, he gave me my change and said "I'll bring them to you right now" he left quickly he got on his bike and we didn't hit it super bad! We spoke at least 6 times to the store so that they would bring them Sauces that could be something insignificant for one but it is a complement that I do like, wait 1 hour, the distribution arrived, almost throwing me 3 sachets of sauce I asked him if he would give me more, he he turned around making bad gestures and ignoring me and left, if I reported him to the branch and as they took action on the matter, the bad attitude and service of dominoes by his staff is increasingly fatal! He did not order in this one but in others it is almost a miracle that they arrive well or badly, I like them but it is becoming more expensive and the staff very bad !!!! ??

Llamaba a la sucursal para ver el estatus y primero me dijeron que ya estaba en camino, después de 30 minutos (cuando la distancia te lleva 15 a mi domicilio), no llegaba y volví a marcar, me dijeron que ya estaba por salir, ¿por qué mentir?. El chico que respondió, sólo dijo, no sé, yo voy llegando a turno y aún no sale su pizza, no sé por qué o quién le dijo que iba en camino. En la vida volveré a comprar en este establecimiento.
Terrible service, avoid the penalty of waiting 2 hours for a pizza. I called the branch to see the status and first they told me that I was already on my way, after 30 minutes (when the distance takes you 15 to my home), I didn't arrive and I dialed again, they told me that I was about to leave, right? Why lie?. The guy who answered just said, I don't know, I'm coming up on shift and his pizza still hasn't come out, I don't know why or who told him it was on its way. I will never buy again in this establishment.
