★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí por Didi, primero no te dice el status de tu orden (porque al parecer usan sus propios repartidores en vez de los de Didi) no llega y hasta 1 hora después de la hora que debió haber llegado me encuentro con que la marcan como recibida
Me comunico con ellos y me dicen que supuestamente no salí a recibir la orden ni les contesté el teléfono, no tengo ni una llamada perdida y se que no vinieron porque estaba en la sala
Me ofrecen ir a la tienda por la pizza o pagar 30 pesos extra, mejor pido una devolución y tengo que esperar 1 día a la resolución y luego de 7 a 30 para que me hagan efectivo el reembolso. Pésimo servicio
I ordered for Didi, first it does not tell you the status of your order (because apparently they use their own couriers instead of Didi's) it does not arrive and until 1 hour after the time it should have arrived I find that it is marked as received
I communicate with them and they tell me that supposedly I did not go out to receive the order nor did I answer the phone, I have not missed a call and I know that they did not come because I was in the room
They offer me to go to the store for the pizza or pay an extra 30 pesos, I better ask for a refund and I have to wait 1 day for the resolution and then from 7 to 30 to get the refund. Terrible service
