El problema es que los repartidores se pierden y tardan en llegar, a pesar de que ya he pedido a la misma dirección 10 veces y no respetan la garantía de 30 minutos, argumentando que es por la pandemia (en sus términos y condiciones en la página oficial no menciona nada al respecto).

The problem is that delivery drivers get lost and take time to arrive, despite the fact that I have already asked the same address 10 times and they do not respect the 30-minute guarantee, arguing that it is due to the pandemic (in their terms and conditions on the page official doesn't mention anything about it).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre el mismo problema, Tardan bastante los repartidores para entregar, pizza fria, y nunca contestan el telefono, muy mal servicio al cliente, pones quejas en el app y no te resuelven nada, hacen falta cambios empezando con los gerentes por no poner orden

AWFUL SERVICE, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A MENU TO CHOOSE FROM, EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE THERE, THEY LEAVE YOU BEHIND THE LIST OF ORDERS TO TAKE AWAY AND THEY DON'T NOTIFY YOU OF THE TIME. I WAS WAITING ALMOST 40 MIN.
