★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servició, hoy acudí a sucursal Jumbo porque mi mamá de 93 años quería pizza y al llegar ma estacioné frente a la puerta principal, antes de bajar a mi mamá entré para ordenar y al estar en la fila un empleado preguntó de quién era el carro estacionado frente a la puerta y le dije que mío, me comentó que no podía estacionarme allí porque es el lugar de las motos y le contesté que no hay letrero y además traía a mi mamá de 93 años y me contestó haaa, se fue a mostrador y varios empleados empezaron a murmurar y voltear hacia la puerta lo que me molestó mucho y me salí obvio sin ordenar, no fueron groseros pero obviamente fue muy molesto, todavía no terminaba de quitarme del estacionamiento y salió una chava a poner cadenas dejando claro el mensaje, repito pèsimo servicio muchas gracias.
Para empezar por ley deben tener cajón para discapacitados y tercera edad lo que no miré y si los cajones son para las motos pongan letrero de otra forma no tienen derecho a llamar la atención y menos a los clientes.

Terrible service, today I went to the Jumbo branch because my 93-year-old mother wanted pizza and when I arrived I parked in front of the main door, before my mother got off I went in to order and when I was in line an employee asked who owned the car parked in front of the door and I told him mine, he told me that I could not park there because it is the place of motorcycles and I replied that there is no sign and also I brought my 93-year-old mother and he answered me haaa, he went to the counter and several employees began to murmur and turn towards the door which annoyed me a lot and I obviously left without ordering, they were not rude but obviously it was very annoying, I still had not finished taking me out of the parking lot and a girl came out to put chains making the message clear , I repeat terrible service, thank you very much.
To begin with, by law, they must have a box for the disabled and the elderly, which I did not look at and if the boxes are for motorcycles, put a sign in another way, they do not have the right to attract attention and less to customers.
