★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente pido por línea pues nunca responden, y en cuestión a la calidad del producto, esta bien, lo normal para una cadena de este tipo, sin embargo, tuve que venir por la pizza pues su personal que tienen para repartir, son muy prepotentes a tal punto que puedes llevarte un insulto, si lo permites obviamente.
Normally I order online because they never answer, and in terms of product quality, it's fine, normal for a chain of this type, however, I had to come for the pizza because their staff that they have to distribute, are very arrogant to such a point that you can take an insult, if you allow it obviously.

Precios mas o menos aceptables.
Servicio rapido.
El unico problema es que los gerentes de tienda estan limitados por las politicas y su sentido comun.
Ante la observacion de que el producto que colocan en los tapetes Secos de entrada y que es granulado y es altamente resbaloso ,y por lo tanto, es un promotor de caidas a los clientes.
Antes de moverlos para evitar un accidente, tienen que llamar al proveedor para que lo autorice.
Excellent product.

The only problem is that store managers are limited by politics and their common sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos un pedido a través de la app para servicio a domicilio y a los 10 minutos después nos marcan que no tienen repartidores, que si podemos pasar por la pizza. Al llegar por la pizza, nos dicen que se la entregaron a alguien más, y que no saben qué pasó, pero que no hay pizza.
We placed an order through the app for home delivery and 10 minutes later they tell us that they do not have delivery men, that if we can go for the pizza. Arriving for the pizza, we are told that it was delivered to someone else, and they don't know what happened, but there is no pizza.
