★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst sushi I have ever had. I and one other diner I was with recieved food poisening. Fish was not fresh, and service was very slow. Atmosphere was great, but no amount of ambience can correct the other issues. You could not pay me to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theres always a couple female hostesses and a male host who couldn’t care less and greet you as a favor. Theyre always playing around among them and distracting the other staff.
The waitress has a ver poor attitude and states since the start that food will take 25 - 30 mins to be done; “so hurry up”…
Food is not as good as expected, some good items and some very bad.
Music is very loud as if you arrived to a nightclub.
Restrooms are nasty.
Veracruz has a lot of better things to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was not as good as expected from the price. The fried rice felt like they just added soy sauce and veggies into it no strifrying. Good thing is the ambience and the portions. The sushi was just a ball of rice with tuna and philadephia in it… not a real Spicy Tuna Roll

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience started off well. The waiter took a while to attend to us but when he finally did he was attentive and friendly. There was an issue with a spilled drink, and was disappointed that a replacement was never offered. First sushi salmon roll was great, salmon was fresh both inside and out. However I was disheartened when the 2nd and 3rd salmon rolls came out, the fish was completely cooked and not fresh (raw) as the menu had stated.
