Los visite en agosto 2021 y me dijeron que por atrasos hasta Noviembre2021, en diciembre2021 llamé y quedaron muy formales que en enero ya podía empezar mis trámites para que fuera el valuador, ayer 15 de febrero 2022 me dijeron que hasta abril podría empezar a solicitar que vaya el valuador. Siempre me he comunicado yo con ellos para informarme mediante mi bróker, visita a las oficinas, llamadas, después de que se vencían las fechas que me daban. Nunca han tenido la atención de informarme absolutamente nada de los incumplimientos de fechas. Quedan puntuales de mandarte correos con información y no cumplen.
 I made a purchase promise from 2020 for delivery in August 2021. I visited them in August 2021 and they told me that due to delays until November 2021, in December 2021 I called and they were very formal that in January I could start my procedures to be the appraiser, yesterday the 15th of February 2022 they told me that until April I could start requesting that the appraiser go. I have always communicated with them to inform me through my broker, visits to the offices, calls, after the dates they gave me expired. They have never had the attention to inform me absolutely nothing about the breaches of dates. They are punctual to send you emails with information and they do not comply.
