★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious. If you are in Queretaro and you like really good quality - and absolutely hygienic - Mexican food, this is your best option. His motto is 'Taco que cierre, no es taco' (if you can wrap the tortilla round the taco, that's no good at all'). Abundant and nutritious. I thought they were absolutely great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Don is a staple of the Mercado if you can make it during the daytime hours. This location is always bustling with large crowds and a line up to wait as the tacos are both cost effective and extremely delicious. Pay attention to whether or not you're offered fat "cuerito" as it can be a little overwhelming otherwise.
If you get to see the Don he's constantly working to ensure that high food standards are maintained. Just keep in mind that they close before the evening rush so its suggested to treat these as "breakfast/lunch" tacos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is just works, but many of the time I been there they are chatting and sometime it takes a while for them to take you’re order, once you order the service is super fast most of the times, I’m talking lol 2-4 minutes since you order till you get your tacos. The tacos are tasty and the salsas too, they also offer delivery via app like Uber eats, rappi…etc.
It’s a good spot if you’re around, but sometimes it’s crowded so keep that in mind.
