El servicio de entrega fue rápido. La atención en el proceso de compra fue excelente, atendiendo mis necesidades y orientándome a elegir la mejor opción de acuerdo a nuestros requerimientos (elegimos Don Colchón de entre 4 alternativas adicionales que visitamos). I bought a Harlem King Size mattress in April 2019. Although a month ago of the purchase only, the mattress is covering my expectations. The delivery service was fast. The attention in the purchasing process was excellent, meeting my needs and guiding me to choose the best option according to our requirements (we chose Don Colchón from among 4 additional alternatives we visited).

Estuvieron jugando con las fechas y diciéndome que en 2 días más y así y hoy cumplo 1 mes y 7 días y apenas me entregarán el producto. Tuve que pedir la devolución por que los de logística nos dijeron que el camión que venía con el colchón fue pérdida total y que se tardarían 2 semanas más y luego nos dijeron que ya nos lo iban a entregar mañana y no hace sentido a menos de que nos estén dando alguno devuelto o de exhibición. No los recomiendo I ordered a mattress, they told me it would take 3-5 days for delivery and I sold my mattress. They were playing with the dates and telling me that in 2 more days and so on and today I am 1 month and 7 days old and they will barely deliver the product. I had to ask for a return because the logistics team told us that the truck that came with the mattress was a total loss and that it would take 2 more weeks and then they told us that they were going to deliver it to us tomorrow and it doesn't make sense unless they are giving us some returned or exhibition. I do not recommend
