★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de entrega, no contestan el teléfono y dan teléfonos que no conectan, ponen pretextos de que escribieron mal tu nombre o tu número. Es desgastante.
 Bad delivery service, they do not answer the phone and they give phones that do not connect, they put pretexts that they misspelled your name or your number. It's exhausting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le daría menos de una estrella pero no se puede. Me vendieron un colchón que la señorita me recomendo. Un kaizen que no duro ni 3 meses pedi garantía y me salieron con que el colchón no presentaba hundimientos. Siendo que al acostaste te daba el mismo soporte que una amaca. Termine con problemas en los 2 hombros por culpa del mugroso colchón. Vaya forma de engañar a la gente.
I'd give it less than a star but you can't. They sold me a mattress that the lady recommended. A kaizen that did not last even 3 months asked for a guarantee and I got that the mattress had no sags. Being that when you went to bed I gave you the same support as an amaca. I ended up with problems in both shoulders due to the filthy mattress. What a way to fool people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron dos semanas en entregar, hasta que no marcamos no empezaron a ver la logística de la entrega. Hablamos un jueves y conseguimos que nos entregarán el viernes, nos dieron un espacio de 1 a 5pm para entrega y llegaron a las 11am.
Cuidado con las entregas, no llaman un día antes de ir ni mucho menos una hora antes, aparecen de sorpresa en tu casa.
It took two weeks to deliver, until we checked, they didn't start to see the logistics of the delivery. We talked on a Thursday and we got delivered on Friday, they gave us a space from 1 to 5pm for delivery and arrived at 11am.
Beware of deliveries, do not call a day before going, much less an hour before, appear as a surprise in your home.
