★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de los dos colchones que compre en don colchón, uno con valor de 17 mil pesos y el segundo con valor de 24 mil pesos, mande un correo para que me lo cambiaran y no me contestaron, el colchón se sume y me provoca dolor de espalda y cuello, en ambos casos les pedí que me vendieran un colchón firme y ninguno de estos cumple con mi solicitud. Los nombres de los productos fueron sultán y kaisen, ambos los pague en efectivo y en una sola exhibición, espero me puedan solucionar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un colchon selfie rest en expo tu casa en marzo del 2018, el colchon lo empezamos a utilizar en julio, para inicios del 2019 el colchon ya estaba sumido, hable para ver como procedia la garantia y vaya problema, me pedian el numero de pedido el cual no tengo, les pedi que si lo podian buscar con mi nombre y me dijeron que no, que ellos no pueden ser juez y parte, total no me quicieron hacer valida la garantia... no les recomiendo comprar en don colchon por sus garantias
