★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCELENTES productos, pero tuve un inconveniente con la entrega ya que tardaron 1 mes después de haber liquidado, cada semana yo iba a la tienda ya que ellos nunca se preocuparon en llamarme para darme algún status de la entrega , incluso habiéndote dado día de entrega .... ponían un pretexto muy muy tonto cada vez que iba a preguntar, diciendo: ("se les olvido traer su colchón") o llamaba y nunca contestaban. Hasta hace un par de días que fui nuevamente ,les dije: me entregan mi colchón o me realizan un reembolso, al principio dijeron que no tenían en existencia, una vez que les mencione lo del reembolso dijeron: "permítame revisarlo" y mágicamente tuvieron uno nuevo en esa tienda. Además no me quisieron entregar a domicilio, tuve que ir por el. Cuando ellos mismo te dicen muy amablemente que el envió es gratis. En fin.
EXCELLENT products, but I had a problem with the delivery since they took 1 month after having settled, every week I went to the store since they never bothered to call me to give me some status of the delivery, even having given you a delivery date. ... they put on a very very silly pretext every time I went to ask, saying: ("You forgot to bring your mattress") or I called and they never answered. Until a couple of days ago I went again, I told them: they give me my mattress or they make me a refund, at first they said they did not have in stock, once I mentioned the refund they said: "let me check it" and magically they had one new to that store. They also did not want to deliver me to my home, I had to go for it. When they very kindly tell you that the shipping is free. Anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Execelente servicio, te dejan acostarte para probarlos, son colchones caros pero tienen buena calidad, también hay unos poco económicos, la mayoría de los colchones tienen 10 años de garantía, unos pocos de 5 y raros de 1 año, te explican cómo están hechos los colchones y te sugieren dependiendo de tu gusto personal.
