A	Alejandro Marin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por dentro es mejor que la fachada, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones muy originales, súper limpias, cómodas, el A/A ayuda bastante (tienen un que no hace ruido así que dormirás muy agusto) el desayuno muy bueno. Ambiente familiar. No es el más barato pero si esta muy cómodo. Lo único que podría ser complicado es que no tiene estacionamiento como tal, mi auto se quedo en la calle y por suerte no tuvimos problemas. La zona está genial, llegas caminando a comer o visitar. A 5 minutos de las cascadas y de puente de dios manejando. Family atmosphere. It is not the cheapest but it is very comfortable. M	Marco Antonio Silva Moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonita habitación y a buen precio, pero no servía el ventilador de la habitación, no nos dieron papel sanitario hasta haberlo pedido, la televisión se escucha horrible y no tenían agua caliente desde hace una semana; creo que al menos deberían llamar a quien reserva y advertirles de ello. No dicen nada hasta que uno va y pregunta. Very nice room and at a good price, but the room fan didn't serve, they didn't give us sanitary paper until they asked for it, the TV sounds horrible and they didn't have hot water for a week; I think they should at least call whoever reserves and warn them of it. They say nothing until one goes and asks.

Me ofrecieron agitación con cama queen size y eran matrimoniales, era una habitación sin lugar donde colocar las maletas, ni una mesita o buró, apenas con espacio para pasar al baño. Solo llegamos a dormir y temprano nos fuimos, pero con eso tuve para no recomendarlo ni volver a ir. I give a low rating because my experience was bad, from the outset, it doesn't have its own parking lot, the car is on the street. They offered me agitation with a queen size bed and they were double, it was a room with no place to put the suitcases, not a table or bureau, barely with space to go to the bathroom. We only got to sleep and we left early, but with that I had to not recommend it or go back.

Pésima atención del personal, no hay donde dejar el coche, dicen que tienen cafetería y no tienen nada, las recámaras huelen a humedad, después de reservar ya nadie te contesta. Pagué por 3 noches y la primera pusieron música a todo volumen desde las 9 pm hasta las 11 am que me fui. No me quieren devolver el dinero de las 2 noches que no pasé ahí por culpa de la música, ya nadie me contesta, fatal! Hay miles de hoteles y posadas en tamasopo, no caigan con el engaño de este hotel "boutique" ni de las fotos. Nada es como lo venden!!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! Terrible attention from the staff, there is nowhere to leave the car, they say they have a cafeteria and they have nothing, the bedrooms smell musty, after booking no one answers you. I paid for 3 nights and the first night they played loud music from 9pm until 11am when I left. They don't want to give me back the money for the 2 nights I didn't spend there because of the music, nobody answers me anymore, fatal! There are thousands of hotels and inns in Tamasopo, don't be fooled by this "boutique" hotel or the photos. Nothing is as they sell it !!!

Me tuve que ir, y aún así no me quieren regresar el dinero,ni nadie me ha contestado de las 2 noches que tuve que irme a otro hotel. Dicen tener una cafetería, lo cual es mentira. Nada de lo que dice que ofrecen, es como lo dicen, y que se pongan hotel boutique es un insulto y un engaño. No se queden NUNCA aquí. Pésimo servicio y atención al huésped. Terrible experience, loud music from 9pm to 10am. Nobody answers you on Airbnb (where I booked), nobody gives an answer or solution. I had to leave, and even so they don't want to return my money, nor has anyone answered me about the 2 nights I had to go to another hotel. They claim to have a cafeteria, which is a lie. Nothing they say they offer is as they say, and that they wear a boutique hotel is an insult and a hoax. NEVER stay here. Terrible service and attention to the guest.

Las fotos publicadas en la página no son nada parecidas a la habitación. La habitación estaba muy sucia, las camas muy duras y el trato no fue muy gentil. When we arrived, the hotel was closed, we had to wait for the owners to open it for us. The photos posted on the page are nothing like the room. The room was very dirty, the beds were very hard and the treatment was not very kind.
