★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te dicen que la entrega es en máximo 3 días y no es cierto se tardan mínimo 3 semanas para llevarte el mentado colchon,no confíen en esta tienda, según dicen que te van a marcar para llevarte el colchón y no lo hacen tiene uno que andar tras de ellos, puras mentiras en esta tienda, es fecha que cancele la compra y ya va más del mes que no me resuelven para devolverme mi dinero. Mal muy mal todo en esta tienda
Terrible service, they tell you that the delivery is in maximum 3 days and it is not true they take at least 3 weeks to take the cushioned mattress, do not trust this store, they say they will mark you to take the mattress and they do not have One who walks behind them, pure lies in this store, is a date that cancels the purchase and it is already more than a month that I am not resolved to return my money. Bad very bad everything in this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, la señora que me atendió ni me dejó entrar a la tienda, con la excusa de que "no tenia la cámara prendida", me preguntó que "si si le iba comprar" a lo que respondí que quería saber los precios antes, y se excuso diciendo "todos vienen a ver pero nadie a comprar" según ella me empieza atender ahí en la puerta (ella adentro con la puerta media abierta y yo afuera literal en la banqueta) y empieza a anotar los precios en un volante sin decirme nada, la tuve que detener y le dije que mejor lo olvidara. Con esa pésima experiencia me fui al Super Colchones de un lado donde me atendieron relativamente bien y en efecto compre mi colchón Queen size en el que ahora duermo.
Horrible service, the lady who attended me or let me enter the store, with the excuse that "I did not have the camera on", asked me "if I was going to buy" to which I replied that I wanted to know the prices before, and she excused herself saying "everyone comes to see but nobody to buy" according to her, she begins to attend me there at the door (she is inside with the door half open and I am literally outside on the sidewalk) and she starts writing down the prices on a flyer without telling me nothing, I had to stop her and told her to better forget it. With that lousy experience I went to the Super Mattresses on one side where I was treated relatively well and in effect I bought my Queen size mattress in which I now sleep.
