★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huaraches y machetes del tamaño esperado. Es interesante el grosor del huarache ya que con uno quedé más que satisfecho (La masa de los huaraches tiene frijolitos integrados). Comimos huaraches de arrachera con queso y el sabor es bueno, la carne suave y el queso no es grasoso pero funde bien.
Los machetes son muy similares a los huaraches, salvo que son más delgaditos y sin frijoles en la masa.
El único detalle es que hay que ir con paciencia. Son artesanales y toman su tiempo en preparación, cocimiento y armado.
Volveré pronto a probar más variedades.
Huaraches and machetes of the expected size. The thickness of the huarache is interesting since I was more than satisfied with one (The mass of the huaraches has integrated beans). We ate flank steak huaraches with cheese and the flavor is good, the meat is soft and the cheese is not greasy but it melts well.
Machetes are very similar to huaraches, except that they are thinner and without beans in the dough.
The only detail is that you have to be patient. They are handmade and take their time in preparation, cooking and assembly.
I will be back soon to try more varieties.

Podría mejorar si el huarache tuviese frijoles en la cantidad que se logren percibir a la vista o al gusto, ya que es excesivamente pobre la cantidad que usan para su preparación
