★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the so-called "Premium Suite". But lo and behold, this "hotel" has no windows plus the gas fumes from the boiler (in each room) leak into the bedroom!!! I complained to the elderly lady who owns the "hotel" but she thought it was fine because it was "burned" gas. You can't make this stuff up! I left the "hotel" (no refund) and booked a real hotel with windows and without gas fumes!! I actually feel sorry for the owner that she spent money on renovating a building without windows. Anyway, save yourself the headache and find a proper accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are new to Mexico City and want to stay at a colonial, clean, safe and magical place this is your place to go. Me and my wife absolutely loved this place, we would definelty make it our to-go spot everytime we visit Mexico City.
It is also a walking distance of a lot of great restaurants/bars and turisty areas at which makes it an ideal spot in the Condesa area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the Guille apartment for 2 nights and it was just wonderful. We really felt like home. The apartment was very clean and had wonderful interior. In terms of hosting experience, we had the best service you can imagine (thanks Alexa!). The apartment has all you need in equipment (e.g. coffee machine with capsules, washing machine, several hair dryers, TV in each room with Netflix, electronic heating when it gets chilly at night, fans when it gets too warm, water filter, fridge, pans, glasses, cutlery, bathrope, 2 bathroomz). If you want to work here, you will enjoy the great internet.
Other pluses:
* perfect location
* stable warm water with good pressure
* super comfortable beds
* many good restaurants close by

It is fully equipped with great coffee. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and the area is very safe. Love our stay and will definitely come back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveled with my husband and two children 7 and 10 along with another couple. The location was great and I felt safe with my kids in this building. There are locks to go in and out the building which was great. I made a mistake and didn't book the right amount of days so we actually stayed in two different rooms. I loved both! would highly recommend. They were very clean and I actually left a few things behind they called me and gratiously mailed them to me. I would defiantly stay again. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and making our trip so enjoyable.
