( Una estrella solo por que no hay menos diez).
La carne de "pancita"... PRECOCIDA, te sirven el plato y huele a mercado de menuderias, el caldo: tibio, sin sazón, las tortillas hechas a mano (bueno) : pero sudadas, la barbacoa: insabora.
Te preguntan que tipo de carne prefieres porque la adicionan al "caldo" en ese momento....HUELE HORRIBLE...; pedí mi orden para llevar, por no tirar comida, pero el gato de mi vecina tampoco se lo comió.
No es la primera vez que me sucede; en "Mario's" también me paso exactamente lo mismo con el caldo tlalpeño... (agua hervida con verduras precocidas).
Mi opinión de los queretanos en cuanto a sus gustos gastronómicos anda por los suelos...!!

The "belly" meat...PRECOOKED, they serve you the dish and it smells like a small market, the broth: lukewarm, without seasoning, the handmade tortillas (good): but sweaty, the barbecue: tasteless.
They ask you what kind of meat you prefer because they add it to the "broth" at that moment....IT SMELLS HORRIBLE...; I ordered my order to go, not to throw food, but my neighbor's cat did not eat it either.
It's not the first time it's happened to me; Exactly the same thing happened to me at "Mario's" with the tlalpeño broth... (boiled water with precooked vegetables).
My opinion of the people of Queretaro in terms of their gastronomic tastes is rock bottom...!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante amplio el lugar y con precios bastante accesibles, pero lo más importante que es la comida: deliciosa, apetitosa y hace que uno quede bastante satisfecho sobre todo bebiendo una "ESCAMOCHA" (bebida con agua mineral, fruta de tempor y jugos).
Los sopes son enormes y deliciosos. El de arrachera sabe increíble y el sencillo con queso se disfruta con las sencillas pero deliciosas salsas que ofrecen.
La atención es de primera y te sirven muy rápido a pesar de que todo lo preparan al momento, lo que hace que el servicio sea excelente y de primera. Muy satisfechos con este lugar en provincia.
