★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un colchon y quedamos que la entrega seria en jueves, me llaman el martes para entregarlo en miercoles, les dije que habiamos quedado que el jueves.... es jueves y me dicen que el colchon se lo dieron a otra persona por que no lo pude recibir el miercoles.... osea ??????

Compré colchón y box que hacían juego y me llega algo completamente diferente.
Acudí a sucursal y no me apoyaron en nada! Simplemente me quisieron dar un número de servicio al cliente para comunicarme. No es justo que vendan algo y entreguen otra cosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio todo bien, muy atenta la señorita que atiende. Pero cuando terminamos de ver opciones se aferró a pedirnos los datos para compra, le repetimos 6 veces que estabamos cotizando. Por mas que se lo pedí, nunca quiso darme una cotización formal, ni el número de modelo de colchón que me había gustado. Luego utilizó las tácticas viejas de venta que mas que tácticas parecen amenazas: el precio es sólo ahorita, si viene después será otro precio. Procedí a pararme e irme. Siempre que me dicen eso me pierden como cliente.
At first everything was fine, very attentive the lady who attends. But when we finished seeing options, he stuck to asking us for the data to buy, we repeated 6 times that we were quoting. As much as I asked him, he never wanted to give me a formal quote, nor the model number of the mattress that I had liked. Then he used the old sales tactics that seem more like threats than tactics: the price is only right now, if it comes later it will be another price. I proceeded to get up and leave. Every time they tell me that they lose me as a customer.
