Compre dos colchones el 24 de Marzo de 2,016 y es fecha día 6 de Abril que no me han entregado nada , te dicen que en 2 o 3 días ; pero eso sí te piden el pago de contado , en la planta de fabricación nunca te contestan , siempre están en junta según la vendedora .??
LES RECOMIENDO NO COMPREN AHÍ .
Terrible service
I bought two mattresses on March 24, 2016 and it is dated April 6 that they have not given me anything, they tell you that in 2 or 3 days; but they do ask you to pay cash, they never answer you at the manufacturing plant, they are always in a meeting according to the seller.
I RECOMMEND YOU NOT BUY THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia,como en ninguna tienda me la han aplicado, hice pedido el 060719 en don colchón universidad san Nicolás, dijeron el 9 de julio me entrgaban y m tienen esperando con q mañana,y mañana, hasta la fecha fijan,la hora y nomas no llegan,marcas y nadie contesta,y uno q otro numero responden,salen con cualquier pretexto. Eso q no le estoy pidiendo nada gratis,nada recomendable??
Bad experience, as in no store have they applied it to me, I placed an order 060719 in mattress at the University of San Nicolas, they said on July 9th they gave me and they are waiting for me tomorrow, and tomorrow, until the date they fix, the time and not they arrive, brands and nobody answers, and one that answers another number, they leave with any pretext. That I'm not asking for anything for free, nothing advisable??

Excellent company, very good mattresses serve very well, they are very friendly, they sell you a mattress that suits the way you sleep, I definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los 10 a 15 días hábiles de entrega se convirtieron en 2 meses y medio de infierno entre llenadas y espera.
Pésima atención al cliente.
Nadie sabía nada y nadie podía dar respuesta. De verdad fue desesperante.
Estuve a nada de iniciar una demanda pues pagué bastante por el.
Terminé gastando más en ir a recogerlo al pésimo servicio de paquetería que usaron.
El resultado es un colchón duro y horrendo. Tuve que comprar un cubre colchón para poder dormir porque era imposible.
Estoy segura que no soy la única con la misma pésima experiencia.
The 10-15 business days of delivery turned into 2 and a half months of hell between fillings and waiting.
Terrible customer service.
Nobody knew anything and nobody could give an answer. It was really maddening.
I was nowhere near starting a lawsuit because I paid a lot for it.
I ended up spending more to pick it up at the lousy parcel service they used.
The result is a horrendous, hard mattress. I had to buy a mattress cover to sleep because it was impossible.
I'm sure I'm not the only one with the same terrible experience.
