★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cata tiene de todo, desde pescado, caldos moles, etc. El personal es muy amable y es eficiente. Se tardan un poco Ben darte una mesa, pero es por la demanda de comensales. Recomendable para comer con la familia o con compañeros de trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usualmente acudo al establecimiento sin embargo una vez los comensales que estaban a lado mío reportaron que su sopa de coliflor tenía gusanos, después de ahí no volví hasta el día de hoy que ordene servicio a domicilio hablaré de mi pésima experiencia en esta ocasión todo empezó mal desde la señora que te toma la orden pues es muy grosera no anota bien tu orden el tiempo para que trajeran mi orden fue de 1 hora 15 minutos, para que la trajeran mal pues se equivocaron con uno de mis platillos, no añadieron cubiertos en mi orden y al marcar la misma señora me indicó que me enviarían el platillo pero nunca lo enviaron y volvieron a comunicarse conmigo diciendo que ya no tenían, para eso ya habían pasado dos horas desde que realice mi pedido por lo que pedí la devolución de mi dinero en este caso solo del valor del guisado a lo que querían devolverme menos del valor del guisado me parece muy injusto que quieran cobrarte por algo que no consumiste, y que esa señora en específico crea que te está haciendo un favor, si alguien de este restaurante de verdad lee los comentarios, les recomiendo mejoren su servicio al cliente y no sigan con esa mentalidad de que nos hacen un favor o nos están regalando las cosas. LO RESCATABLE: el repartidor aún que lo hicieron venir como 5 veces fue muy amable y pidió disculpas, ojalá el personal mejore su actitud y no sean tan ABUSIVOS. Pésimo lugar
I usually go to the establishment, however once the diners who were next to me reported that their cauliflower soup had worms, after that I did not return until today to order home delivery I will talk about my terrible experience this time everything started badly from the lady who takes your order, because she is very rude, she does not write down your order correctly, the time for them to bring my order was 1 hour 15 minutes, for them to bring it wrong because they made a mistake with one of my dishes, they did not add cutlery in my order and when dialing the same lady told me that they would send me the dish but they never sent it and they contacted me again saying that they no longer had, for that two hours had already passed since I placed my order so I asked for my money back in this case only from the value of the stew to what they wanted to return to me less than the value of the stew I think it is very unfair that they want to charge you for something that you did not consume, and that this specific lady believes that he is doing you a favor, if someone from this restaurant actually reads the comments, I recommend that they improve their customer service and not continue with that mentality that they are doing us a favor or giving us things for free. THE RESCUEABLE: the delivery man, even though they made him come about 5 times, was very kind and apologized, I hope the staff improve their attitude and are not so ABUSIVE. lousy place
