★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the enchiladas de mole which were phenomenal. You could really taste the chocolate in the mole, then you bite again and you get to taste the spices. Also the huarache de Cecina. Cecina had a charbroiled rich flavor that went well with the huarache.
