Entiendo en que es pandemia y hay que recuperar dinero pero que no se ensañen con los clientes de tiempo. Good taste, but they raised the prices and the food is no longer worth what it costs. Hoy volví esperando algo mejor y resulta que todo peor. Enlistaré en orden de aparición. 1) las cocineras usan las mesas del área del restaurante para preparar la comida. 2) la cocina está por demás desordenada y sucia. 3) no tienen gel antibacterial. 4) la crema para las tostadas está tan rebajada, que parece leche. 5) el pozole está sumamente insípido. Pareciera que lo rebajan con varios litros de agua. Es una verdadera vergüenza pagar $120 por un pozole que no vale ni $30. Yo hubiera imaginado que por ser cadena, sería igual en cada sucursal. La sucursal de Av. La Luz es un asco total. Pongo una estrella porque de lo contrario no se puede publicar, pero ni eso merecen. Strangely, at this branch the red pozole was tasteless. Ordenamos 2 Platos de Pozole grande y un plato de milanesa El plato es de buen tamaño , pero la porción de carne es muy poca, el plato te lo llenan más de verdura y grano para q se vea grande, lo cual me parece de mal gusto para un Pozole de $95 pesos La milanesa era super delgada y de igual manera una porción muy pequeña, deja mucho q desear Terminamos pagando $400 pesos ya con una jarra de agua Pero bueno, Nuevamente me paso..., no son los $400 pesos q pague , más bien es la sensación de que no me gusto el sabor y porciones Fue necesario pedir 3 veces más limones, porque por más que le ponía limón y Sal, no sabe a nada, por cierto los limones más secos q se pudieran encontrar el caldillo muy simple, sin sabor , le puse un poco de cebolla unos rabanos secos , un poco de chile, salsa y después de eso, seguía sin saber a nada, me sabía como a pura agua, como que necesitan una buena cocinera que le ponga el principal ingrediente q es AMOR!, ... que difícil es encontrar alguien que cocine con amor en serio!
