To be honest I was little sceptical after seeing pictures of the dish and all ingredients but it was surprisingly very tasty and the flavors worked together very well. The restaurant is very popular and busy, it's located on the top floor of the local market. Definitely worth the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a must-visit place while in Motul, but we were not that impressed with the taste of their huevos motuleños. The green peas were pretty hard to chew on, like they were undercooked or something. I had better huevos motuleños at other places though. The service was fast and prices were very pretty affordable.
