It's called restaurant Andrade, and it's on top of the Crucero 33 bar, it's a restaurant with run food and it's relatively cheap, they have good seasoning and the portions are very generous although sometimes the service is somewhat slow.

Muy sugerible para comer por qué también sus precios son muy accesibles para cualquier bolsillo.
