No quiero sonar como la persona que dice, "en mis tiempos era mejor", pero la verdad es que eso siento. Y no lo digo tanto por los guisos, no, aunque aveces siento que les falla algo, pero nada que un poquito de sal y bastante salsa no arregle. Me refiero a la masa que usan, no se si es por que ya la refrigera, pero antes eran en el momento y la textura y sabor si varía un poco. No digo que contraten a alguien para que las esté torteando, pero pues traten de hacer algo con la forma en que las meten al refri, ponerles algo que las mantenga más ricas o más frescas, vamos, que no les cambie el sabor. Otra cosa de la que hay que hablar es el precio, siento que se están pasando un poquito con los precios que manejan ya, entiendo que mucho de ese presupuesto es la renta, luz, etc. Que todo se encarece demasiado. Pero no hay otra solución a ello?, cambiar de lugar?, rentar un terreno y poner mesas con sombrilla (eso parece estar de moda). Pero bueno, ya son cuestiones muy técnicas, es solo que recuerdo que aquello se la pasaba lleno a todas horas, y ahora ya casi no va gente, al menos no como antes.
