Donki Burritos Sancris - 29230 San Cristóbal de las Casas

My partner and I went to this restaurant twice and loved the food on both occasions, possibly go as far to say some of the best and tastiest food we had in Mexico. The pork and chicken were amazing and my partner had the vegetarian burrito and was really impressed. The place is very very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely recommend donki to anyone in san cristobal looking for some nice food

When I saw a new restaurant with vegan options in San Cris I got super excited (I've been bored of the same 4 options on repeat as I live here most of the year) so I ordered a vegan bowl with spinach, corn, rice and avocado. They were very responsive on whatsapp and delivered it in the time frame they promised (that's what the two stars are for) however the food was less than mediocre. Plain slices of avocado, a few leaves of raw watercress (they are saying its spinach but its not) and half a handful of boiled corn (nothing is seasoned or cooked or flavored sitting on a bed of undercooked flavorless rice) needless to say these guys have a good concept and good service but they are not culinary minded by any means, not by mexican or western standards. I hope they hire someone who knows more about food and flavor that can help them out with their food and taste as I'd like to see them flourosh cause I'd like more vegan options to eat in town.

Great burrito, the Gouda cheese really takes it to the next level. Plus the dehydrated Serrano peppers will make your Mexican grandfather proud

This place is a little gem. The burritos and bowls are fresh, flavourful and the best bargain this side of the equator. I had pulled pork and my husband had rosemary chicken. They were moist without being mushy, and melted in your mouth. The owner is on site, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. If you have not already tried this place, it should be on your must visit list.

Another amazing bowl from Donki burrito!! Fast fresh and so good - I added almonds to my bowl but it came quicker than expected and delivery is so affordable!

Sooo good! I got the veggie natural burrito and it was one of the best meals I had in San Cristobal. Also loved that they carry a variety of beers - I got the Rebel Dream IPA and it was fab. All up I paid 158 pesos so it was a bargain as well!

I had the regular sized burrito with res and it was great. My friend had it super and it was a lot! (It was coated with thin layer of cheese that is heated until it’s a bit crunchy. ) This is not Chipotle or Q’doba; takes a bit more time to make it but well worth it. Vibe was great; the owner was cool, and plenty of artisanal beer too choose from.

Fresh made burritos and lovely guacamole. There is plenty of choice and you can select the ingredients that you put in the burrito. The waiter is friendly. The service could be a little bit better and the ambiance of the restaurant wasn't so comfortable or relaxing. It's not far from the city center. This restaurant was recommended by the free walking tour organization.
